Easy Mascarpone Creme Dessert

A quick and elegant no-bake dessert layered with mascarpone, whipped cream, and juicy raspberries. Perfect for guests or a sweet moment at home.

Ingredients

  • 200 g frozen raspberries

  • 18 fresh raspberries (for decoration)

  • 250 ml heavy cream

  • 1 pack cream stabilizer (Sahnesteif)

  • 250 g mascarpone

  • 150 g natural yogurt

  • 60 g sugar

  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla paste

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream with cream stabilizer until stiff. Keep chilled.

  2. Mix mascarpone, yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar, vanilla paste, and lemon juice until smooth.

  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mix.

  4. Fill mixture into a piping bag and cut a small opening (~5 mm).

  5. Pipe a layer of creme into glasses.

  6. Add a spoonful of frozen raspberries on top.

  7. Repeat the layers and finish with creme.

  8. Decorate each glass with 3 fresh raspberries.

  9. Chill for 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Can be made with strawberries, cherries, or blueberries.

  • Add crushed meringue or ladyfingers for texture.

  • Substitute vanilla paste with high-quality extract.
